Phenom Launches LinkedIn CRM Connect to Enhance Recruiting Efficiency

Phenom has introduced its latest innovation, LinkedIn CRM Connect, designed to enhance recruiting workflows by integrating the Phenom Talent CRM with LinkedIn Recruiter. This new feature enables recruiters to seamlessly export candidate profiles from LinkedIn into the CRM, automatically synchronize data, and update candidate statuses across both platforms without the need for manual entry.
The integration is available at no extra cost for users of the Phenom Talent CRM who hold LinkedIn Recruiter licenses. By leveraging LinkedIn’s extensive global talent network alongside Phenom’s AI-driven CRM capabilities, recruiters can eliminate duplicate records, maintain accurate candidate information, and significantly reduce time spent switching between systems.
Streamlining Recruitment Processes
Phenom’s integration aims to improve pipeline management and candidate engagement. This streamlined workflow provides recruiters with complete visibility from the initial outreach to the final handoff.
Henry Lazo, Talent Acquisition Programs Lead at Cboe, emphasized the importance of data accuracy, stating, “Data accuracy is number one for me — and this integration delivers. I no longer have to manually enter candidates; everything syncs automatically from LinkedIn, and profiles stay up to date. It saves me time, keeps everything organized, and lets me work faster with less guesswork.”
Larry Nelson, Head of Talent Partnerships at LinkedIn, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, noting that it expands opportunities for recruiters to operate with greater efficiency. “We’re thrilled to expand our talent integration offerings with Phenom to empower recruiters to focus on sourcing and nurturing candidates with accurate, up-to-date candidate data you can trust, through CRM Connect,” he stated.
Enhancing Talent Acquisition
Phenom’s platform incorporates automation and intelligence to support a variety of roles, including sourcers, recruiters, event marketers, and HR leaders. Key features include personalized nurture campaigns, automated scheduling, interview intelligence, and AI-matched candidate discovery.
Organizations utilizing Phenom’s services have reported substantial productivity improvements, including decreased reliance on vendors, faster hiring timelines, and significant cost savings, amounting to millions of dollars.
Joanna Keel, Product Marketing at Phenom, highlighted the impact of the integration on recruitment speed. “The companies that spend more time connecting with candidates rather than manually updating information across multiple platforms will hire faster,” she noted. “Phenom’s integration through LinkedIn CRM Connect empowers talent acquisition teams to trade manual work for efficiency, ensuring they can focus on building relationships and providing stellar experiences that help convert top talent.”
With the launch of LinkedIn CRM Connect, Phenom continues to expand its ecosystem of integrations, aiming to help talent acquisition teams maximize the value of their existing HR technology investments while enhancing recruitment speed and accuracy.
