Manasquan Bank Celebrates Community Spirit, Raises $10,000 for Local Charities

Manasquan Bank celebrated its commitment to community engagement on September 13, 2025, with the 12th annual Community Day held at Squan Plaza in downtown Manasquan, New Jersey. The event attracted hundreds of families, clients, and local residents, showcasing a vibrant afternoon filled with live entertainment, food, and fun activities.

The festivities featured music from Thunder 106.3, free refreshments, children’s rides, crafts, games, and numerous giveaways. Community Day exemplifies the bank’s dedication to its role as not only a financial partner but also a vital community ally for over 150 years. The event is entirely funded by Manasquan Bank, with its employees playing a crucial role in the planning, organization, and execution of the day’s activities.

In the lead-up to Community Day, the bank launched its annual Days of Giving program from September 8 to 12, 2025. During this initiative, clients were encouraged to redeem spare change at any Manasquan Bank branch. As part of this effort, the bank contributed an additional 15 percent of each transaction total to local charities, resulting in a total of $10,000 raised.

Each of the five selected nonprofits will receive $2,000 to support their initiatives across Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean counties. Cathy Franzoni, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Manasquan Bank, emphasized the significance of these events.
