Belgian-Italian Director Maximilien Seren-Piccinni Joins Ben Artists Management

Maximilien Seren-Piccinni, a Belgian-Italian director, has officially joined the roster of Ben Artists Management. This collaboration marks a significant step in his career, expanding his reach within the performing arts industry.

Seren-Piccinni earned his Regie Diplom in 2014 from the Universität Mozarteum in Salzburg and later completed a Master’s degree in opera directing in 2019 at the Polo Nazionale Artistico di Alta Specializzazione sul Teatro musicale e coreutico in Verona. His educational background has positioned him as a notable figure in contemporary opera and film.

In August 2025, Seren-Piccinni is set to launch his short film, “Orfeo,” at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival. This film is a co-production between the Garda Festival, where he serves as Artistic Director, and Bologna’s ICNN – Istituto Cinematografico Nuovi Narratori. The film’s premiere at such a prestigious venue highlights his growing influence in the cinematic landscape.

Seren-Piccinni’s collaborations extend to renowned institutions including the Arena di Verona, the Salzburg Festival, and the Festival della Valle d’Itria in Martina Franca. As the Artistic Director of the Garda Festival – Lake Garda International Music, Dance and Cinema Festival, he has curated a variety of cultural events that celebrate the performing arts. Under his leadership, the festival showcases a diverse repertoire that spans from baroque to contemporary works, including various forms of dance from classical ballet to modern interpretations.

This partnership with Ben Artists Management is expected to enhance Seren-Piccinni’s ability to produce and promote innovative artistic projects. His unique vision and extensive experience are likely to contribute significantly to the agency’s portfolio and the broader arts community.
