Tiffany Stratton Celebrates Las Vegas as WWE WrestleMania Venue

Tiffany Stratton, a rising star in the world of professional wrestling, has declared Las Vegas as “the perfect place” to host WWE’s WrestleMania 42. This year’s event marks the second consecutive time that WrestleMania will take place at Allegiant Stadium, known for its capacity to draw large crowds and generate excitement.
Stratton’s Personal Connection to WrestleMania
In a recent interview with Sidewalks Entertainment, Stratton expressed her enthusiasm for the upcoming event, referring to Las Vegas as the “sports entertainment capital of the world.” She reminisced about her debut at WrestleMania last year, noting that it was her first experience at the iconic event. “I was super nervous. It was in Las Vegas, so I felt like it was the perfect state for my first ever WrestleMania,” she said.
Stratton, originally from Prior Lake, Minnesota, previously competed in gymnastics with aspirations of joining the USA Olympic team. Unfortunately, injuries hindered her athletic journey. However, she believes that her gymnastics background has equipped her with skills essential for the demanding environment of professional wrestling. “I work really well under pressure because in gymnastics you only have one chance to do your routine flawlessly,” she explained. “That kind of carried over to wrestling, with it being live and stuff like that.”
A Journey from Gymnastics to Wrestling
Stratton’s transition to wrestling was influenced by her mother, who suggested that she explore the sport after her gymnastics career came to an end. “I saw wrestling on Instagram, and my mom and I were scrolling through channels when SmackDown was on,” she recalled. “My mom mentioned that’s totally something I can see you doing, and I was like, ‘Yeah, whatever mom, it’s fine.’” Eventually, she decided to pursue her mother’s suggestion.
She enrolled in classes at Ken Anderson’s The Academy: School of Professional Wrestling in Minnesota. Stratton’s dedication caught the attention of wrestling legend Greg Gagne, who facilitated a WWE tryout during SummerSlam week in 2021. “He agreed to train me and helped me get a tryout, and then I tried out and they signed me a week later,” she said. This swift progression highlights her talent and determination in the wrestling arena.
As WrestleMania 42 approaches, Stratton’s excitement reflects her passion for the sport and her appreciation for the Las Vegas venue. The event promises to showcase not only her skills but also the thrilling atmosphere that the city is known for. With her background and experiences, Stratton is poised to make a significant impact at this year’s WrestleMania.
