According to court documents filed this week, Hogan’s son, Nick Hogan, is named as the sole beneficiary of the estate, while Hogan’s wife, Sky Daily, is recognized as the surviving spouse. Notably, Hogan’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, who opted to remove herself from her father’s will in 2023, is not included as a beneficiary.

The estate is valued at over $5 million. This figure encompasses $200,000 in cryptocurrency and $799,000 in personal and intellectual property. Additionally, Hogan’s right to publicity is estimated to be worth around $4 million. There is also a potential financial claim stemming from a medical malpractice lawsuit that Daily intends to pursue, though its value remains undetermined.

In the filed documents, Nick Hogan has requested to serve as co-personal representative of the estate alongside Hogan’s attorney, Terry McCoy. Furthermore, he seeks to have McCoy appointed as the curator of the estate. The original will was executed in 2016 and has undergone four amendments, with the latest revisions occurring in 2023.

Hogan’s death followed complications resulting from neck surgery, during which his phrenic nerve was reportedly compromised. This medical issue is central to the malpractice lawsuit that Daily is considering.

In a separate legal matter, Nick Hogan has initiated a lawsuit against radio host Bubba the Love Sponge concerning a documentary that addresses Hogan’s sex tape scandal and its repercussions on Bubba’s life and career. This documentary recently hosted a screening in Florida, attended by Brooke Hogan.
