Nebraska Lottery Launches Daily Pick 4 Game with $6,000 Prize
The Nebraska Lottery is set to introduce a new daily game, Nebraska Pick 4, starting on September 21, 2023. Players will have the opportunity to select four numbers from separate sets of digits ranging from 0 to 9, with the chance to win prizes of up to $6,000.
Brian Rockey, the director of the Nebraska Lottery, expressed confidence in the new offering. “The Nebraska Pick 4 game is another example of the Nebraska Lottery’s commitment to providing quality entertainment options to our customers,” he stated. Rockey emphasized that the game is designed to appeal particularly to those who already engage with the Nebraska Pick 3 game, thereby expanding the lottery’s product lineup.
The Nebraska Pick 4 offers a variety of play styles, allowing participants to choose their preferred method of play and associated prizes. Prize amounts range from $60 to the top prize of $6,000, with the odds of winning the jackpot set at 1 in 10,000. Tickets for the Nebraska Pick 4 will be available for purchase at Nebraska Lottery retailers throughout the state starting on the launch date.
Drawings for Nebraska Pick 4 will occur daily, with results announced by 10 p.m. each evening. This initiative aligns with the Nebraska Lottery’s mission to generate proceeds for beneficial causes while offering quality entertainment options to residents. Since its inception in 1993, the Nebraska Lottery has raised more than $1 billion for various beneficiary funds, positively impacting all 93 counties in Nebraska through projects supported by lottery revenues.
The introduction of Nebraska Pick 4 is expected to enhance the lottery’s appeal, further promoting its commitment to supporting important state initiatives, including education, environmental efforts, and assistance for problem gamblers. With this new game, the Nebraska Lottery continues to diversify its offerings to better serve the interests of its players and the broader community.
