Five Couples Obtain Marriage Licenses in Kandiyohi County
The Kandiyohi County Recorder’s Office reported that five couples applied for marriage licenses between January 2 and January 8, 2026. This period saw a mix of local and out-of-state applicants, reflecting a diverse interest in marriage within the county.
Among the couples, Jose Andres Santell Morales Sr. and Ingrid Josselin Gonzalez Hernandez, both from Willmar, are among the local applicants. They are joined by John Alphonse Schaefer and Jeanne Ann Koosman, also residents of Willmar, indicating a continued trend of couples choosing to formalize their relationships in this area.
In an interesting turn, Styles Kayhia Tok from Lexington, North Carolina, and Tara Lyn Bobadilla from Spicer also sought marriage licenses during the same timeframe.
