With a commendable background spanning twelve years—three as a volunteer and nine as a paid professional—Davison has made a profound impact through his unwavering commitment to supporting others. The award was granted in recognition of Davison’s consistent efforts to exceed expectations. He has demonstrated exceptional foresight in planning care, collaborating with fellow providers, and working closely with case managers from the Medina County Board of DD (MCBDD).
