Join the Excitement of Mardi Gras Madness 1K/5K/10K in Santa Clarita
The Mardi Gras Madness 1K/5K/10K event will take place on March 1, 2026, from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM in Santa Clarita, California. This annual celebration promotes health, community engagement, and charitable contributions. It is recognized as an official charity event of the 2026 ASICS Los Angeles Marathon.
Participants can choose to run either the USA Track & Field-certified 5K or 10K races, which will take place along the picturesque paseo trails starting at the Valencia Town Center. The event aims to support two essential causes: JCI Santa Clarita and Students Off and Running. Proceeds from the race will help fund community projects and provide mentorship and training for local youth.
The registration fees for the event range from $50.60 to $83, with all funds raised being allocated to benefit the participating organizations. The funds will assist with ongoing and future community initiatives, as well as structured training programs for young participants.
For those interested in joining this engaging community event, more information and registration details can be found at runsignup.com/Race/CA/Valencia/MGM5K. Participants are encouraged to engage in this opportunity to promote fitness and support local causes.
The Mardi Gras Madness event not only fosters a spirit of competition but also emphasizes the importance of community involvement and giving back. This celebration is expected to attract a diverse group of participants and spectators, uniting them in a shared goal of health and philanthropy.
