Community Mourns the Passing of Bobby E. Gregory at 84

Bobby E. Gregory, aged 84, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2025, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Born in Norfolk, Virginia, he was the son of the late Edward and Catherine Gregory. His death marks a significant loss for family and friends who cherished his presence in their lives.

Gregory was predeceased by five siblings: Freddy Gregory, Catherine Muse, Percell Gregory, Dansby Gregory, and Eula Gregory. His enduring legacy will be upheld by his wife, Mary Cox Gregory, and his brothers, Frankie Gregory and Phillip White, along with his sister-in-law, Brenna White.

Memorial Services Scheduled for Late August

The community is invited to pay their respects during the viewing scheduled from 5 PM to 7 PM on Friday, August 22, 2025, at Beach Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 11 AM on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Rock Church in Virginia Beach. Following the funeral, Gregory will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Norfolk, a final resting place that many families in the region have come to cherish.
