Arc Beverly has officially launched its luxury coworking and social club at 9800 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills. This new establishment combines high-end office facilities with a vibrant social atmosphere, catering to professionals seeking an alternative to traditional office environments. The club aims to create a unique space for business leaders, influencers, and creatives, providing an experience that transcends ordinary coworking setups.

Overseeing Arc Beverly is Good City Studio, a Philadelphia-based design and development firm founded by husband-and-wife duo David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter. Their previous projects include well-known lifestyle brands such as Equinox Hotels and the popular Fitler Club in Philadelphia. Gutstadt describes Arc Beverly as a “workspace-focused club,” emphasizing that the driving force behind membership is the availability of workspace and private suites.

The facility spans 65,000 square feet and features a mix of indoor and outdoor environments, including collaborative work areas, private offices, conference rooms, a theater, and two rooftop terraces. Following a transition from its previous operator, Spring Place, Arc Beverly has undergone extensive renovations, with ongoing improvements to accommodate diverse member needs, such as a tech company requiring a podcast studio.

A standout element of Arc Beverly is its enhanced food and beverage program led by culinary director Victor Totoris. Drawing inspiration from his Argentine heritage, Totoris has crafted a seasonal menu that highlights local ingredients sourced from nearby purveyors, including the Cheese Shop of Beverly Hills. His initiatives include eliminating seed oils from the kitchen and preparing all aioli in-house. Signature dishes feature Argentinian influences, such as a chicken milanesa sandwich and skirt steak served with chimichurri sauce.

Arc Beverly is not just a space for work; it has already become a popular venue for major Los Angeles events, including NBA All-Star Weekend and the Oscars. The club can host intimate dinners, film screenings, and panel discussions, as well as rooftop yoga classes accommodating up to 150 people. With significant sporting and entertainment events on the horizon, including the 2026 World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and 2028 Olympic Games, Arc Beverly is well-positioned for future growth.

To ensure a seamless experience for members, industry veteran Florence Granteral has been appointed as the vice president of club experience and operations. Granteral brings extensive experience from the Los Angeles membership club scene, including her previous role at NeueHouse Club Venice. She describes Arc Beverly as a business incubator and brand accelerator, catering to a wide range of industries from beauty and fashion to finance and technology.

The building’s owner, private equity firm Gores Group, occupies some office space but has made room for coworking tenants as interest grows. This shift comes amid a landscape where other premium coworking spaces, such as NeueHouse, have faced closures. In fact, inquiries about membership at Arc Beverly have surged by 50% following these recent developments.

Arc Beverly offers four membership tiers, with monthly rates starting at $300. Members receive access to the club’s restaurant, bar, rooftop lounges, coworking spaces, and cultural and wellness programming. They also enjoy preferred rates for event bookings, unlimited phone booth access, and valet parking. The highest membership tier provides 24/7 access to the building and reciprocal privileges at partner clubs, including Sonato and Spring Place New York, which allows members to access more than 70 clubs worldwide.

As Arc Beverly continues to develop its offerings, Potter emphasizes the commitment to creating a dynamic space where people can work, network, and recharge. With ongoing enhancements and a focus on member experience, Arc Beverly is poised to redefine the concept of coworking and social clubs in the heart of Beverly Hills.
