The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has recognized only 42 artists for having multiple songs certified diamond, marking a significant milestone in the music industry. The RIAA’s diamond certification continues to expand, recognizing artists across various genres. Katy Perry, for instance, has achieved six diamond certifications, including “Roar” and “Firework.” Pharrell Williams earned his accolades with “Happy,” while country duo Florida Georgia Line received diamond status for “Cruise.”

Meanwhile, The Weeknd has joined the ranks of artists with seven diamond songs, including “Blinding Lights” and “Save Your Tears.” Newer artists like Cardi B have also made their mark, becoming the first female rapper to secure a diamond certification with “Bodak Yellow.”

Other notable artists include Maroon 5, with two diamond hits, and XXXTentacion, who achieved two posthumous diamond certifications following his death in 2018.
