Fairhaven Health Launches Nutrition Formulas for Women’s Health

On September 22, 2025, during PCOS Awareness Month, Fairhaven Health introduced two new clinical nutrition-based formulas aimed at supporting women affected by polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and premenstrual syndrome (PMS). The new products, PQQ+ Myo + D-Chiro Inositol and Multi-Symptom PMS Relief, reflect the company’s commitment to addressing the complexities of women’s health throughout various life stages, from menstruation to post-menopause.
PCOS affects approximately 20% of reproductive-aged women, making it one of the most common endocrine disorders. Despite its prevalence, the condition is often misunderstood. Symptoms extend beyond fertility issues to include insulin resistance, increased risk of Type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular complications, and mental health challenges such as anxiety. According to Meagan Purdy, a naturopathic doctor and brand manager at Blueroot Health, the parent company of Fairhaven Health, “PCOS is far more than a fertility concern. It’s a complex metabolic and cellular condition that impacts women’s health on many levels.”
Innovative Solutions for PCOS
The PQQ+ Myo + D-Chiro Inositol formula aims to tackle common issues associated with PCOS, including insulin resistance and oxidative stress. It combines myo- and D-chiro inositol in a scientifically studied 40:1 ratio, which has demonstrated potential in promoting ovulation and restoring menstrual regularity for women with PCOS within just two cycles. The addition of antioxidants such as PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone), CoQ10, and alpha-lipoic acid further enhances the formula by helping to preserve egg quality and mitigate oxidative stress in reproductive tissues.
These advancements provide a modern solution for women seeking more comprehensive support than traditional Myo-Inositol options. The new formula reflects a growing awareness of the multifaceted challenges women with PCOS face.
Addressing PMS in Women with PCOS
Complicating matters, PCOS frequently overlaps with premenstrual concerns, impacting how women experience PMS symptoms. Some may have diminished PMS symptoms while others endure heightened mood swings, bloating, or metabolic fluctuations. Research indicates that women with PCOS may also be at a higher risk for premenstrual disorders, including premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
To address these challenges, Fairhaven Health has developed the Multi-Symptom PMS Relief formula. This product aims to alleviate common PMS symptoms such as cramps, bloating, and mood swings with a once-daily supplement. Purdy emphasizes the importance of understanding the relationship between PMS and PCOS, stating, “Many women don’t realize that PMS and PCOS interact in ways that change the symptom picture.”
Both new formulas are designed to offer hormone-free, clinically-supported solutions that healthcare practitioners trust for supporting women’s health at every stage of life. These products are available through the Fairhaven Health website and various health care providers.
Fairhaven Health is recognized for its commitment to providing clean, science-backed nutritional solutions. From menstruation to menopause and beyond, the company empowers women with the knowledge and support needed to take charge of their health confidently.
