Anna Kournikova Shares Adorable Family Photo Ahead of Halloween

Former tennis champion Anna Kournikova offered fans a heartwarming glimpse into her life as a mother of three by sharing a rare family photo just before Halloween. The 44-year-old posted the image on Instagram on October 18, 2023, showcasing her children with longtime partner Enrique Iglesias. The couple shares a son, Nicholas, aged 7, and twin daughters, Lucy and Mary, who are also 7 and 4 years old, respectively.
In the festive photo, Kournikova donned a chicken costume complete with sunglasses, while her daughters were dressed as pumpkins adorned with matching orange Crocs. Nicholas embraced a sporty theme, dressing as a soccer star and crouching in front of his mother, embodying the playful spirit of Halloween.
Fans quickly flocked to the comments section, expressing their amazement at how much the children have grown. One user remarked, “Kids are getting so big! So adorable!” Another added, “So cute!!!! So happy you’re back posting my love, we missed you so much.” The warmth and affection from her followers highlighted the joy Kournikova’s family brings to her audience.
Kournikova and Iglesias, who is 50 years old, have maintained a relatively private relationship since their romance began in 2001 after they met on the set of his music video for “Escape.” Reflecting on their enduring bond, Iglesias shared insights with People magazine in October 2023. He noted, “When we met — although she came from the sports world — in a way, we kind of got each other. She knew what my world was like. I kind of knew what her world was like. So that understanding helped a lot.”
The couple’s focus has largely been on their children. Iglesias revealed, “When I pick them up from school and they’re having a bad day or one of them is crying or they’re fighting, we say, ‘Guys, what’s your favorite song?’” He described how the children often burst into song with his hit “I Like It,” bringing smiles and laughter to their family dynamic. “I’m just enjoying now. I’m enjoying every single day,” he added.
Kournikova has also shared her views on keeping their family life private. In a 2011 interview with Australia’s Today Tonight, Iglesias mentioned, “It’s not that tough [to stay under the radar]. You’ve got to have a sense of humor.” He humorously addressed the rumors surrounding their relationship, stating, “I think I’ve got twins in Australia, in Perth. Truly, you just laugh at it.”
Discussing their choice to remain unmarried, Kournikova expressed to Women’s Health in 2020, “Marriage isn’t important to me. I’m in a happy relationship — that’s all that matters. I believe in commitment. I believe in being open and trusting each other and respecting each other completely.” She had previously indicated her desire to have children, saying, “I absolutely want to have children, whether I have my own or adopt. I love taking care of people.”
As Kournikova continues to share moments of her family life, her recent Halloween post resonates with many, illustrating the joy and closeness within her family as they embrace the spirit of the season.
