Probe Gold Inc. announced significant results from its infill drilling program at the Novador Project in Quebec, revealing gold grades reaching up to 20.4 g/t Au over 5.5 metres. This announcement, made on August 27, 2025, highlights the company’s ongoing efforts to support an upcoming pre-feasibility study scheduled for completion by the end of the year.

The recently concluded 50,000-metre winter infill drilling program aimed to enhance understanding of the gold resource at the Novador Project, located near Val-d’Or. The program, initiated in the fall of 2024, has yielded promising results from 28 drill holes, totaling 9,264 metres. These results demonstrate strong mineralization continuity and indicate potential for significant resource expansion at the site.

David Palmer, President and CEO of Probe Gold, expressed optimism about the findings, stating, “All the results from the 50,000-metre infill drilling program at Novador are now in and have confirmed strong continuity of mineralization and highlighted significant expansion potential along strike and at depth across all gold trends.” This progress is critical as Probe Gold moves closer to development, supported by major engineering contracts and ongoing work on permitting and optimization plans.

The drilling results revealed several noteworthy intercepts, including 12.1 g/t Au over 4.0 metres, 39.1 g/t Au over 1.0 metre, and 7.0 g/t Au over 5.5 metres. The high-grade intercepts are particularly encouraging, as they extend both near the surface and at greater depths within the Creek deposit areas. The Courvan Creek Zone remains open for expansion, suggesting further resource potential.

Mineralization within the Courvan trend is characterized by a series of shallow-dipping east-west gold-bearing veins associated with shear zones that intersect the Bourlamaque granodiorite batholith. These veins typically contain sulphide-bearing quartz-carbonate-tourmaline, with gold found in association with pyrite masses within the veins. The Bussiere deposit, part of the same trend, is also noted for its open lateral and depth potential.

All analytical results shared in this release adhere to strict quality control measures. Samples were taken from the drill core and processed at a certified laboratory, ensuring reliable and accurate data. The company’s commitment to quality is evident in their rigorous QA/QC program, which includes the use of mineralized standards and blank samples.

Since 2016, Probe Gold has been consolidating its land position in the Val-d’Or East area, establishing a district-scale land package of 842 square kilometres. The Novador project itself encompasses 202 square kilometres, containing four past-producing mines and hosting approximately 80% of the company’s gold resources in this region.

Probe Gold Inc. is recognized as a leading Canadian entity focused on acquiring, exploring, and developing high-potential gold properties. The company is well-funded and dedicated to advancing its flagship asset, the multimillion-ounce Novador Gold Project, along with its early-stage Detour Gold project in Quebec. The recent updated Preliminary Economic Assessment for Novador outlines a robust mining plan with projected annual gold production of 255,000 ounces over a mine life of 12.6 years.
