New Heights in Midtown Luxury
The development, which launched leasing in September 2023, has already seen a strong response, with approximately 25% of the residences leased. Morris Adjmi Architects designed the tower, which includes 97 condominium-quality residences that range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, as well as a limited collection of full-floor penthouses.
Seventeen of the units come with private terraces, showcasing Morris Adjmi’s hallmark craftsmanship. The interiors feature elegant finishes in marble, travertine, and stone, contributing to the timeless aesthetic typical of Fifth Avenue. Oversized windows and high ceilings create an open and airy atmosphere, particularly in the penthouses, which set a new standard for luxury and service in Manhattan rentals.
Prime Location and Amenities
Situated at West 55th Street, just off Fifth Avenue, 18W55 is positioned among iconic landmarks such as The Peninsula New York and The St. Regis. Residents enjoy proximity to cultural sites like MoMA, Central Park, and Rockefeller Center. The location provides easy access to Midtown’s business core, including Grand Central Terminal and various subway lines.
The building boasts an impressive 10,000-square-foot amenity suite managed by LIVunLtd. This multi-floor facility includes a two-story fitness center with private training studios, a private cinema, and a golf simulator. Residents also have access to an entertainment suite, a social lounge, and a co-working space equipped with private meeting rooms.
