Danielle Fishel Shines in Dance Training, Loses 5 Pounds Fast

Danielle Fishel, best known for her role in “Boy Meets World,” has revealed she has lost five pounds in just eight days while training for the upcoming season of “Dancing With the Stars.” The actress shared her progress during the September 10 episode of her podcast, “Danielle With the Stars.”
Fishel detailed her rigorous training regimen, stating, “I’m spending a minimum of four hours a day dancing.” This commitment is complemented by a significant focus on her diet, which consists primarily of healthy options like brown rice, broccoli, and asparagus, along with lean proteins such as shrimp, chicken, or steak.
While she has opted for clean eating, Fishel admitted to enjoying some indulgent moments with her two sons, Adler and Keaton, with the occasional pizza from Chuck E. Cheese. “So there have been some nights like that, but I’m eating really clean,” Fishel remarked. Her dedication to fitness has resulted in noticeable changes, as she noted, “My legs are very toned. My arms are very toned, and we’re not even to the first live show yet.”
Excitement for the Competition
Fishel expressed surprise at her rapid transformation and the joy she has found in the process. “I’ve never had so much fun in my entire life,” she said, adding that she is already feeling a sense of attachment to the experience. “I am already sad that this means it’s going to be over at some point. I’m completely obsessed with it.”
Her partner for this season, professional dancer Pasha Pashkov, has been instrumental in her training. Together, they are set to perform a tango to “Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You)” by Kelly Clarkson during the first episode of Season 34, which premieres on September 16, 2023, at 20:00 ET on ABC and Disney+. The episode will also be available for streaming the following day on Hulu.
Fishel humorously expressed her newfound passion for dance, mentioning the possibility of pursuing it full-time. “Guys, when am I going to find time to record podcasts? I don’t know, but dance is my No. 1 priority, next to my children,” she said.
Despite her initial intention not to focus on weight loss, Fishel acknowledged the positive effects of her training. “I did not come into this going, ‘I’m going to lose pounds.’ I just was like, ‘I’m going to work as hard as I possibly can, and whatever happens to my body happens to my body, but I know I’ll be fitter and stronger by the time this is over.'”
As she continues her journey on “Dancing With the Stars,” Fishel remains enthusiastic about the challenge ahead and the personal growth that comes with it. The upcoming season promises to be both a competitive and transformative experience for the actress.
