Evive Brands Expands Portfolio with Shine Acquisition
Evive Brands, a prominent community of service-focused franchise companies, has announced its acquisition of Shine, a franchisor specializing in residential and commercial cleaning services. This strategic move, revealed on December 3, 2025, aims to enhance Evive’s diverse service offerings across the United States.
Founded in 1999 and based in Jenison, Michigan, Shine operates over 75 territories across 20 states, establishing a reputation for quality and dependable service. The company provides a range of exterior services, including window cleaning, power washing, roof and gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting. This acquisition is expected to integrate Shine’s reliable service model into Evive’s existing suite of brands.
Strengthening Community Connections
Ryan Parsons, CEO of Evive Brands, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, noting the long-standing relationship he has had with Shine’s Founder and CEO, Chris Fisher. “Chris and I met back in 2015 at the International Franchise Association (IFA) conference, both brand-new to franchising but already deep in building and scaling businesses,” Parsons stated. He emphasized the value Shine brings, remarking, “I’ve always admired their business model and how consistently they lead with their values.”
Shine is recognized for its focus on trust and positive customer experiences. The company’s team-first philosophy and dedication to empowering franchisees have positioned it as a leader in the exterior home-services sector. Fisher highlighted the benefits of joining Evive, stating, “Our franchisees are passionate about delivering best-in-class service, and with Evive’s resources and expertise, we’re ready to reach more customers, strengthen our systems, and support franchise growth.”
Building a Diverse Portfolio
The incorporation of Shine into Evive Brands adds to an already robust portfolio, which includes notable companies such as Executive Home Care, Assisted Living Locators, Grasons, The Brothers That Just Do Gutters, Maid Brigade, and Pacific Lawn Sprinklers. Together, these brands contribute to a comprehensive range of services designed to support families and communities nationwide.
Evive Brands is committed to providing training, operational guidance, and resources that empower franchise owners to build strong, purpose-driven businesses. The acquisition of Shine aligns with Evive’s mission to foster entrepreneurial success across multiple care and home-service industries.
As this new chapter unfolds, both Evive and Shine are poised for growth, aiming to elevate their service offerings while maintaining their commitment to quality and community engagement.
