Diane Dempster and Elaine Taylor-Klaus, the founders of ImpactParents, were honored with the prestigious Hall of Fame Award by CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) during the International Conference on ADHD, held from November 13-15, 2025, in Kansas City. This award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the ADHD community through support, advocacy, and evidence-based information.

ImpactParents, established as the first global coaching and training organization for parents of neurodiverse children, aims to provide accessible education and resources. The organization offers a variety of programs, including virtual courses, one-on-one coaching, and support groups, focusing on behavior management—a first-line recommended treatment for children with ADHD, ASD, and related executive function challenges.

Acknowledged for Innovative Programs

The organization’s flagship program, Sanity School®, has received significant praise from parents and professionals alike. Participants have described the program as “unique and effective” and noted that it empowered them with essential skills and hope for their children’s futures. Feedback from parents reflects a growing appreciation for the practical, compassionate approach taken by ImpactParents.

Professionals in the field have also commended the organization. Karin Varblow, MD, emphasized its unmatched quality, stating, “No one, absolutely no one, does parent training and coaching better… they get ADHD families and how to help them like no one else on the planet.” Similarly, Jerome Schultz, PhD, a clinical neuropsychologist and lecturer at Harvard Medical School, expressed his endorsement: “I have referred every family I’ve worked with to ImpactADHD [now ImpactParents].”

Previous Recognitions and Awards

This recent accolade is not the first for ImpactParents. In 2016, their Sanity School® program was recognized by CHADD as an Innovative Program, followed by their professional certification program in 2018. The organization has also earned acclaim for its literature, with the book Parenting ADHD Now! recognized as a 2018 National Parenting Product Award winner, and The Essential Guide to Raising Complex Kids with ADHD, Anxiety, and More achieving best-seller status in 2020.

Moreover, the ImpactParents Blog has received multiple citations from Healthline as one of the best blogs for ADHD, while the Parenting with Impact podcast has garnered over 100,000 downloads globally, providing valuable resources for families.

For parents, educators, and practitioners seeking to improve their support for children affected by ADHD, ASD, and related challenges, further information on Sanity School® and other programs is available at ImpactParents.com.
