A group of students from Johns Hopkins University and Brown University has launched an initiative called Letters Without Limits, aimed at connecting volunteers with palliative care and hospice patients. This program focuses on co-creating “Legacy Letters,” which capture vital memories, values, and lessons that patients wish to share.
