Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly encountering difficulties just days after beginning his sentence at FCI Fort Dix. Allegations have surfaced that he made a three-way phone call shortly after his arrival at the facility, which could lead to disciplinary actions. According to CBS News, the Bureau of Prisons prohibits inmates from adding multiple individuals to phone calls and restricts conversations to those on a pre-approved call list.

On November 3, 2023, Diddy allegedly contacted a woman not listed on his approved call list, expressing the need to speak with “the digital person” regarding blogs. When she inquired about adding the individual to the call, he reportedly agreed. Diddy has claimed ignorance of the prison’s phone regulations, asserting that the call was essential for speaking with his attorney, who subsequently included the head of legal communications. His publicist, Juda Engelmayer, emphasized, “It was a procedural call initiated by one of his attorneys and was protected under attorney-client privilege. There was nothing improper.”

This incident is not the first time Diddy has faced scrutiny since his incarceration. Recently, rumors circulated that he was caught consuming homemade alcohol while behind bars. Reports indicated that the concoction was allegedly made from a mixture of Fanta, apples, and sugar, which had been left to ferment for at least two weeks.

At his sentencing hearing in October 2023, Diddy informed Judge Arun Subramanian that he was sober for the first time in approximately 25 years. In response to the alcohol rumors, his team issued a statement on the official Bad Boy Entertainment X account over the weekend, asserting, “The rumors claiming Mr. Combs was caught with alcohol are completely false. His only focus is becoming the best version of himself and returning to his family.”
