New Game Update Introduces Hero Adjustments and Solo Leaderboard
A recent game update has introduced significant adjustments to hero balances, bug fixes, and the new Solo Challenge Leaderboard, enhancing the overall player experience. The developers aim to refine gameplay and encourage players to engage more deeply with the game’s mechanics and their favorite characters.
Hero Adjustments and Enhancements
The update focuses on several key heroes. For instance, Thor sees extensive improvements to his Thunder Formation build. The adjustments include an increase in HP regeneration: from 50 to 75 for Blue rarity and from 200 to 300 for Gold rarity. Additionally, the damage from continuous charged Collision Damage has been ramped up, improving its effectiveness across different rarity levels. Specifically, the boost for Purple rarity increases from 8% to 12% and from 18% to 27%.
Moreover, the Mjolnir Bash damage boost has also seen notable enhancements. In Blue rarity, the increase jumps from 5% to 8%, while Gold rarity experiences a substantial rise from 35% to 65%. These changes are designed to make Thor a more formidable character in solo and team play.
The update also benefits The Punisher, particularly his The Sweeper build. The level 1 Explosion Damage is set to increase, ensuring a more impactful experience when defeating enemies. Furthermore, the Gold rarity will now provide an improved Joyful Splash damage bonus, increasing from 140% to 200%.
New Features and Bug Fixes
With the introduction of the Solo Challenge Leaderboard, players can now compete based on their hero’s performance in solo runs. This feature encourages mastery of individual characters and promotes a competitive spirit among players.
Additionally, the update addresses several bugs affecting gameplay stability. Notably, the Daredevil‘s Marked Misstep issue has been resolved, ensuring that the passive mark effect does not incorrectly target Winter Soldier. This fix improves the fairness of gameplay, allowing players to focus on strategy without unintended consequences.
The update also tackles the Purple Haze problem, where spectating Daredevil replays resulted in a solid purple screen. This fix ensures that replays are now clear and visually engaging. Furthermore, a fix for Wolverine‘s Pounce Pause issue guarantees that his Feral Leap completes consistently, enhancing player satisfaction.
Overall, these enhancements and bug fixes aim to provide a more balanced and engaging experience for players. The developers remain committed to refining gameplay, addressing user feedback, and ensuring a fun environment for all players.
This update will be available starting at 4 AM EST, and notably, no server downtime is required. Players can install the update and dive back into the game immediately, looking forward to an enriched experience featuring a competitive new leaderboard.
